Lead FAQ's

Q : How will the leads be delivered?

A: Most lead types will be delivered directly to your Plug n Play CRM. Warm Transfers will go to either your Kixie Dialer number or to your cell phone number. If you want to purchase leads and have them go to a different CRM, just let us know that and we will accommodate if possible.

Q: Are these leads TCPA compliant?

A: Several of the lead types are TCPA compliant, but it is up to the agent to ensure you are following the TCPA guidelines on auto dialing, texting, etc.

Q: Can I purchase leads even if I do not work with your organization?

A: Yes! You do not have to work with us to utilize these lead options.

Q: Do you resell the leads?

A: We do not resell leads at all. The majority of these leads are generated by our company, but a few options are outside vendors that we pass the wholesale price to the agent. We have verified with all vendors that they do not resell the leads.

Q: Can I just purchase leads without having the Plug n Play CRM?

- Most leads, yes! Although, some leads work directly with the CRM, so you would have to have a subscription to utilize them. Also, some of the leads work best along with our automations that are already built for you inside of the CRM.
