How You Will Receive Your Leads?
Leads can be uploaded into your CRM (which will also send them to Kixie if you use it), or they can be emailed to you as a CSV. We do not send a PDF, you only receive the lead information via CSV or uploaded into your CRM.
Who Should Buy These Leads?
These leads are perfect for agents with a "tighter" budget. These leads have an amazing answer rate, which is why we utilize them. They are cheap, which is great, but they require outbound dialing. If you have a dialer, and you are willing to put in the work, you can easily get 2-4 sales out of 100 leads. That does not mean you will write those deals the first pass through the leads, but you will get them if you dial the leads multiple times.
Are These Leads Compliant to Text?
You do not have Opt In for texting these leads. At the end of the day, you are an independent agent, so you can do what you want, but we do not recommend texting leads that have not opted in to receive texts.
What About Leads for Field Sales?
We do have aged Direct Mail options for Field Agents, but the prices can vary due to the agent not using statewide leads. Also, we need to provide the PDF of the lead for Field Agents, so we have to ensure we have leads with the PDF in your area.
